"As someone who likes to support small businesses, I was a little disappointed. Today’s Mother’s Day, so I decided that instead of buying flowers from a corporate business, to support a small one. But unfortunately, it was a bit saddening. They upcharged all their flowers and bouquets today. And I get it, it’s a holiday that would make the most money, however, compared to the famous $16 bouquets all over the internet, this one small bouquet half the size of everyone else’s was $45!! The guy behind me also thought that was crazy when I was told the price. They even blocked out all their signs that would’ve said $16 — and I find that a little insane to upcharge almost 3x the price for HALF the size."

"I ordered what looked like an orchid plant with the roots in water and the plant’s leaves at the base. What was delivered was cut stems that lasted about 3 days. It was misleading when I googled a local florist and this is what popped up, so you’re lead to believe they’re local. They’re not. I paid extra for the middle of three tiers of flowers. I am not at all happy."
